These Terms of Service set out the basic rules for use of the SMM-PANEL.NET website and panel. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you declare that you have read and accept these terms.
SMM-PANEL.NET is operated by 34FY LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17124614.
SMM-PANEL.NET is an automated panel that enables ordering of promotional and engagement services for various social media and digital platforms. Each service’s scope, price, minimum and maximum order quantity, estimated start time, delivery characteristics, and refill period (if any) are shown in the service description.
SMM-PANEL.NET is not the owner, affiliate, partner, or official representative of the social media platforms for which services are provided.
The user is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Confidentiality of account details and password is the user’s responsibility. The user is responsible for consequences that may arise from sharing the account with third parties or unauthorized use.
If suspicious activity, unauthorized payment, abuse, or a security risk is detected, the account may be temporarily restricted or closed.
The user must read the relevant service description before placing an order. When ordering:
No refund or refill guarantee is given for incomplete or incorrect delivery caused by wrong links, private accounts, changed usernames, or conflicting orders.
Times stated on the site are estimates; they are not a firm delivery commitment. Start and completion times may vary depending on service type, order quantity, provider capacity, and changes on the relevant platform.
If a service is delayed, the user may request acceleration, status check, or cancellation where possible through the support system in the panel.
Only services whose description includes a refill guarantee are considered for free refill within the stated period and conditions. The refill guarantee may become invalid in cases of:
Balance added to the panel is defined for use only on services within the panel. Payment methods, lower and upper limits, transaction fees, and campaigns are shown on the payment screen.
The user may not use a payment method that is not in their own name, unauthorized, or unlawful. Verification may be requested for suspicious payments, and the account may be restricted during review.
Cancellation and refund conditions for orders are explained separately in the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. Orders that have been processed or completed generally cannot be cancelled. For partially delivered orders, the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion is refunded to panel balance according to service rules.

Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, and technical systems without prior notice. Such changes may affect delivery speed, persistence of engagements, or account status.
SMM-PANEL.NET is not responsible for outcomes such as reach drops, content removal, account restrictions, or account closure arising from the user’s use contrary to platform rules.
SMM-PANEL.NET may modify, temporarily suspend, or remove a service due to security, maintenance, provider change, legislation, or operational requirements. Reasonable efforts are made to inform users of significant changes.
Brands, logos, software, design, text, and other content on the site belong to SMM-PANEL.NET or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, SMM-PANEL.NET’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the order in dispute. No liability is accepted for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of reputation, or consequences arising from actions of third-party platforms.
These terms may be updated when necessary. The current text enters into force on the date it is published. Significant changes are announced via the panel or email where appropriate.

This Usage Agreement applies to all members who use the SMM-PANEL.NET panel.
Membership is free. The user accepts that the information they provide is accurate and that they will protect their account against unauthorized access. A user may not open multiple accounts to abuse campaigns, bonuses, or system rules.
Panel balance is not a cash account; it can only be used to purchase services on the panel. Transfer, sale, or withdrawal of balance is not possible unless otherwise stated in writing.

After an order is accepted by the system, the service or target link cannot be changed.
Order statuses are determined according to system records. “Completed” does not mean engagements will last indefinitely; it only indicates that the order was processed for the stated quantity.
Mass order and timed delivery features can only be used on supported services. The user is responsible for ensuring the total quantity does not exceed the service maximum and that the delivery interval is compatible with the service start time.
The API key is personal and must be kept confidential. Orders created via API are subject to the same rules as orders placed from the panel. The user is responsible for orders caused by faulty integration, duplicate requests, or incorrect parameters.
Excessive or malicious API use that threatens system security or service continuity may be restricted.

In case of violation, orders may be stopped, and the account may be restricted or closed. If there is a legal obligation, records may be shared with competent authorities.
The support ticket system within the panel must be used for order and payment issues. A separate and descriptive ticket must be opened for each subject, the order number must be included, and duplicate tickets must not be created for the same request.
The automated acceleration, refill, and cancellation system operates 24/7. Human support team hours are daily 10:00–22:00 UTC+2.
By creating an account and placing orders, the user accepts this agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
