General Principles

Panel balance is intended for in-system use. Unless there is a platform-side issue, external balance withdrawal/refund is not available. Please review each service description before placing an order.

Cancellation Terms

Once an order reaches "processing/in progress", cancellation may not be available for every service. For cancellable services, requests are reviewed according to that service's rules.

Refund Terms

For partial or incomplete delivery, the undelivered amount is returned to your balance automatically/manually. Fully completed orders are generally not refundable.

Liability Limit

For outcomes caused by external factors (platform updates, account limitations, or incorrect target/link provided by the user), panel liability is limited. Account safeguards may be applied in cases of suspicious payments or abuse.
